We agree to maintain the Eyewear Systems website and supporting information and data to the best of our ability so that you can order from us in confidence whenever you need to. However we do not guarantee the accuracy of our information or to fulfil an order. 2. We agree to provide communication channels for you so that you can get in touch with us at any time and for any reason 3. By registering on our site, purchasing or selling our products you are not an agent of Eyewear Systems and are not authorised to sell under our name. You are permitted to save images and text from this site solely for the purpose of creating materials to promote Eyewear Systems products to your customers. 4. The files we may provide contain a selection of our product range that we wish to offer. While we will try to ensure that the files are free from viruses and malware, use of the files is at the users risk and users should take their own measures to ensure that no viruses or malware is contained in the files. All liability of consequential and incidental damages is disclaimed. This company's liability in all events is limited to and shall not exceed the purchase price paid 7. Please note that as we are in essence ‘hidden' from your customers, they will return items to you 8. Our policies and FAQ form part of our terms and conditions where appropriate. You are fully responsible for any fees deducted from you by any payment provider in association with your purchases and any refunds 10. Eyewear Systems only sells to businesses: by registering with us you confirm that you are doing so as or on behalf of a business, and you warrant that you make any purchases as a business and not as a private consumer 12. You are the purchaser of products from Eyewear Systems, not your customer and all terms and conditions are to be interpreted with this definition. We will not deal directly with your customer. Note that European Distance Selling regulations do not apply to business-to-business transactions. However we do still attempt to work within the spirit of the regulations.
